About Laurie Kaiden
laurieLaurie Kaiden is the founder and owner of lmk PR (lmk stands for “let me know” and are also her initials). She is a dedicated, enthusiastic, creative, strategic and detail-oriented public relations professional with nearly 20 years experience. Laurie is an expert in consumer brands with a special focus on the beauty, travel, and consumer lifestyle categories.

Most recently, Laurie has worked with Maine Camp Experience, a community of 30+ premier camps in Maine, Esthetica MD, a premier center for skincare and anti aging aesthetics, and KickboardUSA, a scooter company that distributes Mini and Maxi Kickboard scooters for kids.

Prior to starting lmk PR, Laurie was a Vice President at global agency Porter Novelli where she developed programs to introduce new products and the sustain ongoing interest, provided client counsel, managed teams, communicated with media (including hosting press trips), and worked with celebrities (The Love Boat cast, Paula Abdul, Carmen Electra, Jessica Simpson, Christina Aguilera, and many more) and corporate spokespeople. Her clients included Princess Cruises, Gillette, Bermuda Department of Tourism, HP, Concierge.com, and M&M’s World. Before that she was at Jensen/Boga working on Sandals Resorts and Air Jamaica.

Laurie graduated with a BA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, including a semester abroad studying in Paris. She also has her Masters in Library Science from Pratt University.
